He handled my case with respect and without judgement. I very much appreciate that. He also worked very hard to get details squared away and I was glad he was the middle man between myself and the underwriter.

The home buying process was a little rough because I was told things last minute things and there was little to no communication with the loan coordinator. Paperwork was being asked the day before closing. Brad came through last minute and made it happen.
