Thank you Veterans United. You exceeded all my expectations with buying a new home. This experience completely topped previous experience. I will always hold a place in my heart for buying my first home but this home purchase will never be forgotten because the entire Veterans United team made it forever memorable.

As a newly retired Navy veteran who never imagined the day would come when I could call myself a homeowner. This monumental achievement was made possible by none other than Veterans Home United. From the outset, their team displayed a level of professionalism and dedication that would make any military unit proud. Every call, every text, every email was answered with the precision and promptness of a well-executed battle plan. They were always there, ready to assist, no matter the hour or the complexity of the question. The honesty and transparency they exhibited were beyond reproach. In an era where deceit can often cloud judgment, Veterans Home United stood as a beacon of integrity. They provided clear, straightforward information, ensuring I understood every step of the process. There were no hidden agendas, just pure, unadulterated truth.Their organizational prowess was nothing short of remarkable. Like a finely tuned machine, they navigated the complexities of the home buying process with ease, ensuring that every detail was accounted for and every potential obstacle was swiftly overcome. They turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a seamless and efficient operation. But the true testament to their excellence lies in the results. They made the impossible possible. They turned a long-held dream into a reality, proving that even a retired veteran who never imagined owning a home could achieve such a milestone. This, my friends, is the epitome of outstanding service. So, to all veterans out there who think homeownership is beyond your reach, take heed. Veterans Home United will lead you to victory in the battle for your own home. They are the trusted ally you need, the guiding force that will see you through to success. Stand tall, trust in their expertise, and march forward with confidence. Veterans Home United has your six.

Thanks Team!!!!!!!!!!

There were a few hiccups along the way. I am not sure they were Veterans United hiccups or just in general. The insurance policy I chose was not a VU one and I annotated that in multiple emails and placed on the VU app. However the incorrect one was still the one that was initiated and after multiple emails and about a week and a half it was finally corrected.
The other part was the ADT security part I declined the coverage after initially accepting and the premium was deducted from my bank and it took a week to have it returned.
The home buying process is stressful and I do know it takes a village to get all the information processed correctly and timely. I really do appreciate everyone that helped me to the finish line. I am happy to say that all things in the end were correct and fixed. I really do appreciate the VU team for all their hard work. Thankyou!

Just make absolutely clear that the service member needs to work with the ASSIGNED realtor to alleviate all the confusion caused by the multiple team members contacting the buyer. This will ensure when a competing realtor says they work with VU many times the service member understands that they are not the assigned realtor and it WILL create issues with the programs available

Kari always answered my question when i asked if she don’t know the answer she went to Samuel. Thank you for that

Thanks for everything including the gift we received. It was very thoughtful and we loved working with VU.

Overall, a great home buying experience!

This is my 3rd home purchase using Veterans United, and they always make the home buying process straight forward and allow the process of purchasing a home to be exciting.

The loan team was amazing! Both Nicks on my team were super helpful and understand. Arlem helped the underwriting. Thank you guys so much

The appraiser was horrible took almost 4 weeks to get report back and would not answer anyone’s calls or texts.

They were speedy professional caring I couldn’t ask for a better mortgage company!

My husband and I were thrilled with our experience with Veterans United. Everyone was quick with their responses and I loved the portal with my list of To-dos. That was great. Hopefully the interest rates will go down and we can work with Stephen Bash and the crew again. Thumbs up!!!!

With an event so important and stressful, especially being first time home buyers. Being unable to reach anyone, this whole process, leaving voicemails, text messages, was the worst part and experience of this whole process. We are grateful for VU being able to help us purchase this house, and getting us a loan, but the service we received on this end was horrific. I genuinely don’t think a single thing went as planned, but we had to adapt to any changes that were being made due to our schedules or the current living situations at the time. The only time I received an immediate call, was when I had been trying to reach our loan officer and couldn’t and finally got ahold of who I believe was a team lead (Justin?), and then complained about the poor communication, then and only then did I receive a phone call within minutes. Numbers were misconfigured from the start causing more stress, “just sign it, it’s not the final paperwork” when we would ask why we owed closing cost when we negotiated for sellers to cover it all, or what does this mean. Again, we are eternally grateful and thankful for VU in assisting us in buying our first ever home, and sending the box with toys for the doggos, very grateful, and heartwarming. The communication however brought an excessive amount of stress, to an event that is already stressful in itself.
