When we first began this journey we thought it was going to be impossible to get things done in our time frame. It was very impressive how fast and attentive our whole team worked. No matter what the situation is, they will work with it and help you with what you need to be done. We are so grateful for the work that Veterans United provided. This would have been impossible with them. Especially Josh, our loan officer. He was awesome to work with. We were very lucky to have him.

There were several items needed by the underwriter that I would imagine are not typical in most home purchases. The team, especially Dene' worked above and beyond to keep me in the loop and everything moving forward. The additional effort is extremely appreciated.

Never ever EVER have I felt this well taken care of as a customer like I did with Veterans United. My loan specialist Terri and her team went above and beyond when accommodating me and my home buying needs. I love the ease of being able to just text them when I had a question and getting a response immediately instead of having to email or make calls back and forth. The team was absolutely awesome for most part. I was in the process of PCSing from overseas, I was in school a lot was going on. But the team made me feel at ease on how not to worry.However, certain things I wish I knew while I was applying for the loan. For example that I will need to pay the small debt, which could have help me prepared better. I was under the impression the oaing cost that's all I need. It juts a lesson learn for me. Next time I need to anticipate those unforseen circumstances.
John kept me informed throughout the entire loan process! He answered every question I had quickly and guided me through a some times confusing process. He deserves an 11 but 10 is the highest I can give. Also, Rob was an invaluable addition to the loan process. He excelled at educating me to not only how the process worked but why it worked the way it did. That's peace of mind! Great job guys!
