I was introduced to Veterans United through a mail-out brochure. I had not heard of them before but decided to give them a call. Right away, I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. My calls were returned in a timely manner, and my questions were answered with courtesy and respect. My loan team consisted of Katie and Brie and various behind-the-scenes associates. I loved the online signatures. The title company was impressed with how much of the paperwork was done online with Veterans United. The title company said it cut down on how long it took for final signatures as most of mine were already done.
I was skeptical when I first reached out to VU, but all that was put at easy with the first phone call from the home loan team. They are great to work and has made the process incredibly easy!!! They are and will be my first choice in all future endeavors!! Cheers!
