The RLC seemed very focused on trivial pursuit. No one got a welcome response once we got past the initial phone receptionist. I felt like they were there to initiate delays, procrastination and road blocks rather than facilitate the move. "People friendly" are not words I would ever use to describe their approach. They were quite the opposite from the folks in Missouri.
I’m happy with the choice I made. And they made it easy!
First time home buying is one of the most stressful things I've ever done. I dare say it's more stressful than joining the military! Perhaps that's because I was 23 and invincible with little to lose, but now that I have a wife and family to look after, and knowing how much rests on this life changing decision, the gravity shot up ten-fold! Thankfully the team of people here at Veteran's United helped bring the stress level from a 10 to a 2, and I can honestly say that securing the loan was the easiest part of this whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any veterans I come across looking to buy a home! Brandon, Anthony, and their whole team were incredible, and most importantly they made this happen!Everyone I spoke to were extremely responsive and were there to answer any questions we had... even on Memorial Day weekend! I mean, who does that?!? A stellar individual... that's who!!!
