VU understand the requirements and the process for veterans to obtain a home loan and to meet the underwriters’ standard. They work quickly to get your loan approved and to enhance your homebuying experience. I’ve used VU more than once and have never had any difficulties.

Didn’t speak on the phone to my processor once, but we emailed a couple of times. A few duplicate document requests, but overall good. Our first contract fell through, and they were able to get my new contract done in the same closing time period. I do wish VU could transfer a rate lock as I lost my rate.

Veterans United was the easiest mortgage lender that I have ever dealt with. Always got back in a timely manner for any questions or concerns.

Definitely one of the best teams to deal with during the home buying process. VU is outstanding and work well together.

If you want a good ribeye then go to a buffet; if you want a great ribeye, go to a stake house. If you want a good lender then go to your local bank, but if you want a GREAT lender, go to Veterans United!

Keep your loan team informed of the changes that gonna happen while you're in the process of been closing out your loan.

VU team really does work to get a vet’s mortgage loan done. They went above and beyond to get my wife and I in our new house in rural Alaska all done by phone and internet.
Give VU the opportunity to help you and I’m sure they will come through.
Very caring and professional team!

Would recommend to everyone

This is our 3rd home and 3rd lender and we have not been as satisfied as we are with the others as we are or have been with Veterans United. As a retired veteran, I tell you that Veterans United is the real deal.

I couldn’t imagine having such a smooth and seamless process of buying a home while deployed with anyone other than Veteran’s United. Y’all the real MVPs.
