It was a long process but worth the time. I'm glad they made every little detail a concern. They wanted to make sure we are buying a good home worth our time and money. Thank you to Jeff and shane. You guys rock.
Purchasing a home through Veterans United was a great experience! Our loan officer, Kevin Heffernan, and his teammate Rob Meyer were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful to work with. They were available to assist us through every step of the home buying process, providing regular updates and answering all of our many questions quickly and in a way that made it easy for us to understand complicated home buying concepts. We would recommend Veterans United to any of our veteran friends and family members and would hands down call them again if we decide to purchase another home in the San Diego area. Thanks Kevin, Rob, and the rest of the Veterans United team! You guys are the reason we own an amazing house today!

Katie and Cameron with Veterans United went above and beyond in the purchase of our home. I wouldn't hesitate in referring them to anyone I know in the market or getting in the market for a new home. Thank you all for all of your help and we will be back for our second purchase.
I would, and will recommend Nate and Veterans United to any veteran I know and meet. Veterans appreciate respect and professionalism and I know they will receive both when dealing with this company.
Veterans United is a great place to get your VA loan. From the first contact to the closing day I was satisfied with everything my loan specialist did for me. They are very good at what they do and they close on time! I would definitely recommend them to any veteran looking for a first home mortgage!
If you are a veteran, these folks are expert in securing home financing for you. They know what the VA will and will not do when a veterans wants to secure a home loan. I found them knowledgeable and easy to work with on my loan. I can say where there is a problem in the process, instead of rejecting a veteran, veterans united first looks for viable solutions. Hats off to this company from me.
Andrew failed to notice until less than 24 hours prior to closing that they had the incorrect water test. This had to be re-done, and the system had to be remedied. This information was available to him a month prior to closing, but due to his inattention to detail, this put our closing off by a week. Max Carratura initially indicated that they were willing to help remedy this mistake by covering our hotel costs for the delay in closing; he later stated they were only able to cover $300 - less than 1/3 of what their error actually cost us. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; if the process had been as smooth as it started with Joanna I would be thrilled - but the senior loan officers all appeared to be completely incompetent or not willing to remedy their mistakes.
I would highly recommend using Veterans United in purchasing a new Loan. The loan specialists and VA brokers truly looks after the veterans requirements in selecting the perfect home for you and your family. Thank you to ALL the staff at Veterans United.
We had such a positive experience using Veterans United. We worked with Ross Pierson and his team. The VA loan process can seem daunting, but as we went through each step, Ross and his team were always there. We got the opportunity to work closely with Misty Spain as a part of that team. As we waited for the appraisal, she and Ross were there to help us check on it. We bought a house with a well, and we had questions on the well testing process. Misty and Ross were very supportive and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. We highly recommend them!
Lots of paperwork but worth it in the end .Highly recommend .Hopefully you get a person like Carma.
