Mitch Casteel is a remarkable human being and his behaviors and customer service skills should be used as a measuring stick for other employees to follow. Elizabeth Thompson was instrumental in the acquisition of my dream house. Please hire more people like them.
Scott ratliff did an excellent job at meeting my needs and requirements. I really appreciated the hard work he did to explain the process, fees, timeframe ect. He made the process smooth and their were no surprises at the end.
Every thing in our loan process went very well. The only problem we had is that the sellers had agreed to replace the shower door in the master bathroom before they moved out and it was not done. This was something that should have been caught by the final walk through but no one did. Now we have to follow up with the seller's realtor to try and get the work completed.
You guys are so fast. Rapid response and accurate.
This was my first time purchasing a home. Based on conversations with other folks who have been through the home buying experience with traditional banking services I was a little apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience using Veterans United to secure my home loan. Thank you ALL for your outstanding service to help service men and women achieve their dreams of home ownership.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do VA financing.
Jon and Jill made the whole procedure so easy and carefree. They kept us tuned in to each process as we went along. We would absolutely recommend Veteran's to anyone and encourage them to ask for Jon and Jill, they're a killer team.
She was great. She always went above and beyond. She worked very good with are loan officer. You would not be able to beat her performance. I would never even think about buying a piece of property if I could not use her.
Vertrens United made my home buying experiance a breeze.
I have worked in the mortgage industry as a manager of mutable offices and have had numerous employees under my direction. I am now currently the Chief of Finance at the US Small Business Administration for the Colorado District Office. I say this to say that I know what talent, integrity, and dedication looks and feels like in an employee. If you have a MVP award, or Presidents Award, or whatever your company gives to the most outstanding employee she deserves it.
It’s not often you find an employee that is extremely knowledgeable and courteous all in one. Dawn went the extra mile for me numerous times when I know that she did not have to. That goes along way and I am writing this email to let you know what kind of person and valuable resource you have with Dawn. Please extend my thanks to her and the management staff at Veterans United for going above and beyond for me and my Family. We are truly in your debt.

I was told that everything would be taken care of before closing and that I had a payment amount set. I arrived at closing and my payment was $200 more and my escrow account was being charged the wrong taxes. I had covered this with my loan officer and was told it was taken care of. Obviously it was not.
I contacted a customer service specialist and Amanda Park who helped me get the problem corrected the day after closing and I am very thankful for their help.
I had one great experience with VU and this latest experience has been less than stellar in many regards. Although I'd probably tell a veteran to check out VU, I don't think I'll be using the services again.
As stated above, my experience with VU was first rate. Tony Boussad is the epitome of customer service. He exceeded every expectation throughout the entire process. His quoted time lines were met or exceeded on every occasion. He was very helpful by explaining difficult processes in a clear and concise way. Thank to VU and Tony Boussad, we are realizing our dreams in our new home!
The senior underwriting process could have gone a little smoother. Creating conditions at the last minute added to the stress of potentially not closing on time.
