Tom Champion was our loan agent. My wife and I would like to say that we had great service and a great experience working with Tom to get our loan done. If it was not for Tom's diligence we might not have been able to close our deal. He always kept in touch and advised us of where we were in the process, wonderful communication with my wife and I along with our realtor. Tom did a great job and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you.
Brad Cone is a valuable asset to Veterans United Home Loans.
I would recommend all future first time home buyers go to a seminar to really learn how the process of buying a home works. I took one and it really helped. Also, when I first applied for a loan I thought I was more financially ready to buy a house than I really was. When I realized this I waited a full year and saved money until I was fully ready to start looking for a home.

Wayne listened to our wants and needs.
Well done. I will refer anyone I come into contact in need of a VA mortgage.
I think I made myself clear in the first two paragraphs as to why I would not refer Veterans United but I will go on to say, In March 2014, my wife, Daughter and I traveled to Oahu to meet Cano and his team. We sat down in Cano's office with Sienna, Rachel Chun and Chris and discussed my loan and moving forward. Everyone present agreed to how we would proceed. After our meeting, I advised my realtor of our conversation and she proceeded to call Veterans United office to get clarification. Rylan Maddox took the call, Maddox was not present for our meeting, none the less he proceeded to give his explanation of events which did not coincide with the results of our Meeting. Right off the bat very poor communication amongst Cano's Team. I immediately called Cano to discuss and asked to speak with a Manager, Cano said he was Maddox's Manager and would counsel Maddox. It is my belief that because of this conversation Cano did not give a full effort on this loan, in fact he was rude, unresponsive and as previously noted - ordered me to not contact my lender. Prior to being awarded a 100% disability from my service in Iraq I was a VP for Bank of America. If I had an employee who told a potential customer to no longer contact his lender Mr Cano would be looking for new employment.
Catie Wilson was just as great to work with as Angie and when we started getting frustrated with things she put our minds at ease and helped make the whole process go a lot smoother. Beth Edwards was my real estate agent and was also as important to us as Angie and Catie. She was always there for the important times and was always just a phone call away if we needed anything. The whole process over all went very smoothly and it is because everyone worked together and kept all parties informed. We feel like all three of these women took it personal and cared about us, all I can say is it was a real pleasure. Thank you all, my wife Selkie and I couldn't be happier.
Sheryl definitely made our experience a positive one! She made us feel so comfortable with the whole process, and we are truly blessed to have worked with her!!! Anyone would be lucky to be able to work with her!!!
Brian was excellent. Very helpful and caring. Made this experience a very good one for us. Thanks again.
Ana Gonzalez does as outstanding job. She really took care of us, was always looking.out for us, and we knew she really cared. Shemade us feel like we were her only clients when that was no where near the case!
Bill Musick and his team worked diligently to work on the CAIVRS situation that we faced for which could have delayed the closing and would have caused us to miss the opportunity for the house we really wanted for our family. However, with Bill and his real estate team who had the experience took care of the issues and allowed us to close on time and within budget and for that we are very very very thankful.
I would recommend Veterans United.
