Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. And fought for our best interests when the seller was committed to their own best interests. I’d recommend Rachel and Veterans United in a heartbeat.
Veterans United was very thorough about the process. Jake was responsive to texts, emails and calls with any questions. I also lined the checklist through the app the keep everything organized and on track.
The entire VU team is amazing! They make the process easy to understand and guide you through every step. Everyone is friendly, professional and very quick to respond. We had the best experience working with VU and would happily recommend Alex Horn and his team.

They assigned me a realtor and I had my own in mind but Mrs Sterling was all that I could as for and more. She paid attention and studied me and caught on very quickly to the things I liked and dislike. Your realtor is a major major factor in this process. I would highly recommend this entire team. My experience with veterans united was a great one Seth has been working with me for a few years and I appreciate his professionalism and patience because I was a picky buyer but we crossed the finish line . He kept the lines of communication open, if I texted or called he responded quickly.
