We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
In my honest opinion Ross Pearson and his team of Julie Moore and Christine along with Daniel Kang in the insurance department did such a wonderful job if I was buying another house tomorrow I would request the same team outstanding

The team overlooked names on accounts related to closing cost funds, asked the same questions multiple times to which I had to respond with the same answers over and over. The team handling my loan seemed to be unorganized and not communicating well with each other.
