Everyone was one at VU was great . They really try to maximize your your loan to your benefit all the way through. They make it fairly quick and painless. Their app has a to do list which makes things very helpful.

Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.

simple to go through, I’ve been through the mortgage process before and think this was very easy. I liked that when forms were needed, I got a message online and submitted when I had time.
