It went well on the loan side, the realtor side leaves much to be desired
I will recommend any and everyone to veterans united. They were very responsive and gave me an easy path to better credit to get approved for the home. They offer a lot of things that will benefit everyone!
We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
Veterans United helped us when no other lenders wanted to assist even though my credit was good and improved my finance binder. Kat Weissborn gave me a call with a pre approval after looking at my info within 24hrs and from there her and her team guided us the whole way. From there Desi stepped in to assist us with the Loan documents and process and made it sooooo easy to understand. I love VU and don’t know why everyone gives this lender a hard time. Also to note this is my first time EVER using a VA loan and I’ve been in the service for 17years. If they can make it easy for me and my family, they can do the same for you!!!We love it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for VA LOANS.

This was my second time working with Veterans United—they helped me build my very first home 10 years ago, so I already knew I was in good hands! The real estate agents were friendly, compassionate, and truly cared about us. On top of that, the VU app made the entire process seamless; the to-do lists, document uploads, correspondence, and e-signatures were so easy to navigate. Even with job changes and unexpected delays along the way, we still managed to close within two days of our original closing date.
