This is our 3rd home purchase with VU and the level of customer experience and consistency have been second to none. The loan team, including Derek, Heather, Jaime and Mitch were exceptional, as they all have been and it's truly a team effort to get it done! 16 days to close is unbelievable!
As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.

Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). The process was very seamless, just complete what they ask you to do, make sure your debts are lowered and credit score is at least a 630 i believe. Very nice and competent people.

This was my wife and I's first time buying a home, the process and the app were very straight forward and easy to use. Our team were there if we had any questions and eager to answer all of them and help us find the answer if they themselves weren't sure.

Arlo and Anna were the greatest! I was very nervous about buying a home, and they made it easy all the way from the beginning to the end!
