I would definitely recommend Veterans United, great service and good staffs. The only thing I don't really like they asked for things that don't even make sense. Things that don't even related to the loan in my opinion. There are couple things they are that are redundant. I didn't like the fact that they finished they verify sources of income and employment verify then they issue the pre-approval letter, later it took longer to close because they said "oh your employment history is not cleared yet". Other that, everything else was smooth.
Matt & his team Logan & Alex went above & beyond! They were able to close on my new home 7 days earlier, in time for movers to get me in before holiday weekend! They were in constant communication via text, email, & phone conversations! Answered all of my questions & were very knowledgeable in their work! Thank you all so much for making this so streamlined with your To do lists! Anytime I had a question I would get my answer directly! Thank you again & enjoy your holiday weekend!

Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
