The VU team I worked with was excellent! I was confident in buying a home in Indiana while remaining at my home in North Carolina. They walked me through the process and explained everything clearly. What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
Even when nothing has changed and you’re just waiting reach out also maybe be a little more descriptive when asking for things like tell people what you need it for to clarify things repeatedly asking for a dd214 instead of saying I need to shore up your employment history would haves saved me so much time and stress.
