were all EPIC!!
From the very start, they were all super helpful and very responsive to all my questions. Every day I would either message them and every day I’d get a response back. We went through many obstacles and if it wasn’t their hard work alongside my realtor, I doubt this home purchase wouldn’t have happen at all.
I felt bad that I would text them way after hours but even then, they never let me feel alone and would respond back and most importantly with a positive attitude!!
Truly amazing people and great folks to have in this business. If I had the chance to nominate Dustin for best employee of the year I would lol. Heck I hope his Superiors give him the recognition he deserves, because when I decide to purchase again IM ABSOLUTELY GOING TO BE ASKING FOR DUSTIN AS MY LOAN OFFICER again!!

Veterans worked very hard at getting me approved for my first ever house. My wife and I have been married for 34 years and have tried a couple of times to get a house. It was never successful. I was never told what I needed to work on to get to the place where I needed to be. Veterans worked with me, checked in with me every month, let me know that my score was getting up, then one day I got an email that stated congratulations, time to move on, and Michael and everybody on his team was amazing. I am now sitting in my new home and enjoying the view, enjoying knowing that this is mine. So if you’re thinking stop it, just do it. Veterans will work with you and help you get you to where you need to be every step of the way. There was times I was frustrated because of all the to-dos, but I filled them out, did what I was supposed to, and they did what they did. And like I said, I’m sitting in my new home

You guys took me by the hand and walked me step by step in what I needed to do. It was an amazing experience. I grew up in a very abusive childhood and was told I would never own anything in my life. They always kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.Their professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something I actually enjoyed. The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore. The home buying process was made easy from start to finish. It was a huge stress for me as a first time home buyer with bad credit, but Veteran Homes United literally held my hand the whole time. I was assigned a credit expert to look into my history get my credit where I need it to be for the loan, and was given a timeline of when everything will be good to move forward. And then I was assigned to work with Clint for my closing agent and this man had all the answers for every question I had throughout the whole process. All of my questions & concerns were answered promptly and I'm super grateful for Clint and all his help.
