We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. Meh, it's all about money. I was welcomed with some sort of "gift" last week--never got it. They are okay. Not any better or worse than any other mortgage broker you would use.
