VU was great at being a one stop shop for all things associated with buying a home using the VA loan. They covered everything from the loan itself, introducing us to a realtor, and took a lot of the stress of moving away.
There was too much back and forth. Everytime I thought I had sent in everything, I was asked to send something else. I also called several times and couldn't reach the person I was calling.
