The house buying process at Veterans’s united was excellent, I downloaded the app, and uploaded all the necessary paperwork to get the process started, Chance Mullins and his team kept me up to date on everything, and there response to my questions where answered promptly, the app is top notch, it’s not like the old days where you had to bring a ton of paperwork or fax a ton of paperwork. I will be recommending them to my loved one’s.

We had a very enjoyable experience over all. There were some issues with the sellers that eventually pushed our close back a day. During that ordeal communication degraded slightly. Communication was pretty good through most of this process, but at the end, it was a little stressful.

Veterans United made the process very straightforward.
Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
