This was an easy painless process. It may seem over whelming in the beginning but its not. Simple and easy to upload the document, and its a checklist style. Loan officer jake walker and his team are 100% great to work with and always was able to get a hold of them for any questions. 10 out of 10 experience.
What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.

Working with Veterans United was a great experience the entire way. From the start, Reed was very friendly, passionate about with veterans, and flexible enough to work with my wife and I who in two different time zones. He was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure to find time for calls if we were looking for a detailed explanation. We ended up walking away from the first house but closed on the second, it was an easy transition. And we were even able to close earlier than expected. The app is easy to use and keeps this organized. Overall 10/10
