The professionalism was outstanding. The staff was extremely patient in helping me to understand the lending/loan language. There was always a way to reach a member, whether via email or phone. Since everything worked on a time line the team was very adamant in keeping me on track. My experience was more than amazing!

100% honesty? I've always been against loans and credit but with the economy today, there's no getting around either when you want to buy/invest in a home. As a first time homebuyer the process of searching for a home and using my VA loan was very daunting.
