There are to many people involved in VU's loan process. I spoke to a loan officer, a concierge, 3 different insurance people tried to contact me, and had a loan Coordinator. I would have preferred a single point of contact.
At one point I was on the phone with my loan coordinator and had another call from a VU number.
The buying of the home, was GREAT. The problem I am having has nothing to do with VA United. 4 day after the purchase I still have no water. I LOVE you all. ALWAYS.
