I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
It did take some time to get answers and for anyone to respond to my emails/texts, but eventually they provided the information requested.

Jamie Hughes and the entire team are top-notch! Information came our way regularly and in a timely manner, and if we got stuck, Jamie was easily available to answer questions. The VU web portal is extremely intuitive to use when you are in the loan process, and the website has all kinds of great tutorials and other info.
