It was not a good experience. Everything was late and constantly sending more and more online forms. When you call them you will not reach them. You have to wait for them to call you and many times are realtor would have to hunt them down.

Absolutely, the experience with Jen was above and beyond!! Never had a second thought about reaching out to Jen with questions, help filling out the To do list or anything else that came up I was not sure of. Also checked in with me to see if I needed help with anything!!
Always on top of it. You can try other lenders, but nobody offers the transparency and protection that these guys do. Straight forward, high communicative and will help you get the best deal without any pressuring to make a decision. 10/10.

2nd and last time using veterans united. Horrible experience. Closed late, terrible communication. The only person competent on the team was Ashley. If she was our loan officer we absolutely would have closed on time. She stepped in and got our home across the finish line. She’s great.
