My loan officer Josie with Veterans united made my first home buying experience a breeze. She knows everything there is to know and was always friendly and helpful when I needed to talk.
Definitely deserve a 10/10. After we closed, we received a box in the mail. It was a welcome gift for my autistic child. I never thought they would've sent that package. At no point was a package ever discussed.

I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
Seth and Nico were phenomenal. Seth was particularly impressive in his responsiveness — always quick to answer my questions and ensure communication was seamless. This is especially noteworthy given that they're based in Missouri while I'm in California. Despite the time difference, he always made time for me; I even think at one time he took my call in the middle of his kid's soccer game.
