Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Working with a lender who told us the wrong number to bring to closing and then needing an additional 10k to close, after we had already moved out, horrible. If my parents wouldn’t have been able to gift us 10k- we would have been in a hotel.
