The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.

I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
From start to finish the entire team was buttoned up and on top of everything needed. Guiding us along each step ALONG THE JOURNEY. 28 days from signed seller contract to closing is spectacular and on closing day.. twenty minutes from the time we arrived at the office to completely done. To be honest, I can’t believe I’m actually writing a review right now. I was just thinking about taking some equity out of my house and had no clue what the process was like and I could not believe it was that easy to get $150,000 loan the gentleman working on my loan Eric and Aaron were excellent with communication what we needed to do, etc., etc Naomi complaint would be they could have better explained the signing and how we would get the funds. My poor wife for seven days after a notary had come right to our house to sign all the paperwork there was more that should’ve been done to receive the money it seems Eric and Aaron once they were done with their part. It was like yeah that’s on that company. Good luck.. so just besides that at the end, I can’t stress how easy it was.
