The Veterans United team was very professional and courteous at the same time. They were very knowledgeable and helped me through some very difficult issues with ease. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. John Kiely and Deb Kelly and Mark were awesome and made me feel like family.
I'm difficult and stubborn and have tons of questions and the whole team was patient and polite the entire time. 1st time home buyer and they guide you thru it. From Cole, Trenton, and our amazing realtor Reid, I have zero complaints.
The team made this long-distance home buying experiences seem seamless like it was an instate transaction.
Phenomenal

Absolutely. The whole team was amazing. They got everything done in record time.
Daniel was Awesome. He was always available and took the time to address our needs.
Loan Officer was difficult to reach several times. Sent me loan estimate before closing without explanation of cash needed to close. Had to call several times to get a clear explanation. Later on my to do list were instructions to liquidate my retirement savings, which is something I had never discussed with anyone at Veterans United, was entirely unnecessary, and I had to ask it to be removed from my to do list. In the two weeks leading up to closing date, I emailed my loan officer twice to make sure closing was ready to go, cash to close was clear. On the day of closing, and on my way to the title company, loan officer called me and said he had not updated my paperwork, and that I would not be able to close that day, and instead would need over $35k in cash to close! Or wait 72 hours and then close! I had emailed twice on the past two weeks and he had acknowledged our plan and that cash would not be needed to close! In the end, he somehow managed to correct the paperwork the same day and we closed same day. But what a terrible experience all the way through.
