I greatly appreciate how responsive and helpful the Veterans United team was throughout the entire process. We had a challenging transaction due to issues with the sellers, but the team went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make the deal work. I really didn't appreciate the way Shawn and Jaclyn tried to handle me as if I was a welfare case. Never was there a good morning or how's everything going everything was through text message or email and when I called straight to voice message. I'm a veteran who served my country and the reason they have a job today I earned my home and hate how people take us for granted. Although Shawn was diligent in his work habits and lot of us veterans are not the same as we once were do to the fact war has a life altering effect. So that's how I feel.

From start to finish, Veteran's United was an absolute joy to work with. They made the homebuying process easy and took great care of us.
