Truly felt special. The whole entire process was essentially seamless. They really care about you all the way through each and every member has been wonderful to work with. I say 10+.
They even cared about our dogs and I sent them pictures of the dogs again just like Family. It really felt warm and inviting Abby and Sarah and anybody else that was filling in when those gals were out at work but I’m pretty special. They kept us on track and helped us feel confident about everything that was being done and we just could be happier. I just don’t know if there are enough words to describe how we feel standing here, writing this review in the middle of our beautiful home that’s full of boxes to unpack by the way, but that’s OK. The reward was being able to put the key in the door and open it up and call At Home thanks to the special Veterans United Team.

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
