The only problem I had was the interest rate and the loan fee amount of 6g but at least It can be brought down to a less amount

My team (Jeremy and Jordon) were outstanding. The purchase of my house was contingent on selling my old house. Well, the buyer kept changing the date she wanted to close. Jeremy and team were very flexible during the situation-often my phone calls were just to vent on my frustration-they always listened and talked-until I returned to my center. If they were on the phone with another client-they always returned my phone calls. Just can’t get customer service like this-they are here to help-not blow smoke up your behind
Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
