We continually experienced emails being sent to incorrect parties, emails addressed to other potential loan clients, incorrect realtors, legal offices, etc. We kept asking that Veterans United be more careful with communications and these requests were ignored.

I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I expected and requested the final closing costs days before they were made available. I wanted to spend more time reviewing them and asking Garet Barry questions about them. I would suggest if possible that final closing costs be made available at least a week in advance of the closing date.Although, I wasn’t happy with the wait for the final closing costs, I was extremely happy with the speed of our closing!
Loved how quick easy and painless the process was especially for being a first time home buyer. All questions answered in a timely manner.

Brittney White was very helful with the closing process. She even expedited the closing process so we could have an early closing. This was my third closing with Veterans United and Eric Hermann. He has always put together the right team to make the process smooth and the least amount of stress. I've always appreciated his knowledge as I've reached out to him many times for questions.

Keeping the buyer more in the loop, there was a couple small things that where asked about in the beginning, that weren't addressed causing a weeks delay and extra $1,300 investment fast to get the water to pass . If it would of been addressed in the beginning there wouldn't of been a delay and the extra $1,300 may of been substantially less, being able to do it myself...
Dane was excellent and was more than helpful along the way. Would highly reccomend
Overall the experience cradle to grave to take out a remodel mortgage with Veterans United and with Ted and team was wonderful, easier than I expected
