Richard was also great when it came to his part and made the process even quicker. They worked as a team and kept me up to date with everything that was taking place.

My husband and I recently bought our first home, so a good friend recommended Veterans United Home Loans Clarksville to us. Going into the home-buying process, we honestly thought it was going to be stressful, long, and exhausting. Thankfully, it was nothing like we expected.
Dylan was the person who handled our loan, and from our very first appointment, he was great. He really took the time to listen to us, answer all of our questions, and explain things when we didn't understand something. He was always friendly, respectful, and willing to help, even outside of normal business hours. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process that sometimes we forgot how big of a process we were actually going through.
We also have to mention Amanda. She was always so kind and helpful, and both her and Dylan kept us updated and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
The Veterans United app was also a huge help. Honestly, it was a blessing! Being able to see our documents, check what we needed to do, and send messages all in one place made everything so much easier.
By the time we got to closing, it honestly felt like we had known Dylan and Amanda forever. My husband and I left the closing so happy and relieved. There were no headaches, no unnecessary stress, and everything was simple, easy, and fast — probably not words you usually hear when talking about buying a house! 😂

What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
