They seem to have everything in place. Including your to-do lists before & After closing. You have a choice of looking on your own to find insurance and the proper people for your inspection and such, or you can use their assistance.

This whole process is very stressful and everyone that I delt with were so understanding and did everything to help me over and above what they normally have to do! They were so kind to me and my 79 year old ways! I lost my 15 year old dog that was my life and they were so kind knowing that I wanted to get him to the new house and give him the joy of being safe and feel free to walk on his own!
