Justin would periodically check in with us to check how our search was going. No pressure, just an occasional contact. When we found our current house, our previous experience with Justin was so favorable, we immediately contacted him. He provided first rate service, responded to our questions promptly and accurately, and was always available to ensure we ended up with our "forever home". He, and his team, are great representatives for your company!

Working with VU was a smooth process from start to close. Everyone was always very helpful, someone was always checking in, all our questions were always answered. The best was all the help setting up utilities, security, change of address forms, it’s all in the app and was so great! The only hiccup we had was delayed responses at times, numbers that were not as good as other lenders, and never knowing exactly what the final payment was going to be. We understand numbers can change, but some numbers were off by a couple hundred dollars and they weren’t fluctuating numbers. All in all we would use VU again.

Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
