He walked me through every step no matter how many times I needed it repeated or broken down more simple. He never let anything proceed until I thoroughly understood each step or change. We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.

The team working on my loan was excellent. However the selling agent was not so helpful. I felt she was only wanting a fast commission and wasn’t concerned on my needs for the closing. The house was not cleaned per concession contract cleaned empty swept. I had to haul off a lot of trash and items they left. I only met the agent 2 times for a 10 minute look at the beginning showing and final walk through. She assured me the house would be professionally cleaned by seller. The house was dirty and I had to search for the keys in the house. She didn’t even reply to my msgs about the key hand over or about the housing being filthy dirty.
