We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Alec was absolutely amazing to work with! I went into contract on 3 homes and had to cancel the 1st 2 due to inspection findings. Always genuinely supportive and helpful, Alec was extremely resourceful in aiding with any obstacles encountered. My closing was complicated because the seller/selling agent was difficult to reach and uncooperative in a lot of ways.
