My first time buying and I want to thank everyone especially Josie who helped me through it.. it seemed like it went fast I didn't think I'd be in my home within 30 days but I was everyone was great even down to my realtor Mitch and his wife thank you all so much for giving me this opportunity my husband would be so proud of me for doing this I wish he was here to enjoy it with me, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
