This is my fourth home loan since 1986. None has been as painless and efficient as this one. Every member of the team was just outstanding.
This was my first home purchase and I just want to say that I was a little apprehensive about the process, but Jacob and his team simply ended that apprehension on the first day I spoke with them:) I was satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end. No loopholes, no mystery just up front answers and very pleasant process with no aggravation at any point well done JAcob and Company!!! A very satisfied home owner:)
Blake and Marissa were both awesome and I have nothing negative to say about the whole process. When im in the market again I will def be using Veterans United. Thank you so much for all your help. Also Michael Reed the realtor you set me up with was amazing.
This was a great experience that we went through, everything was in a timely manner answer to us quickly I'm very happy with all the help from all of you guys. Thank you very much.

Being 750 miles away there was some aggervating moments. Some with mailing papers back and forth and the time consumed in doing so. The communication was very good and service was very polite. In all, without meeting my service team, they did an excellant job with coordinating all aspects of this refinance.
Your team is untouchable...
Once again Veterans United Home Loans and our loan specialist Mike Stallings made our home buying experience very easy and not stressful for us. Thank you so much. I will highly recommend this company to any veteran I know that is looking to purchase a new home.
Andrew and Jeremy were excellent on getting us approved on our Home Loan.
Jaime Sepe and Mark Dischert displayed brilliantly a false level of professionalism. They were not knowledgeable in many areas and were unable to answer questions. Some questions they answered with much confidence incorrectly. I caught many mistakes they, who are supposed to be trained professionals, made on forms and I have never made a home purchase or had any kind of training related to the field. They were both very disorganized and requested documents multiple times from myself and my realtor even though I had proof that I/she had emailed it to them prior. I also received my Final HUD around 5 or 6 P.M. the night before I was scheduled to close at 9 A.M. the following morning. It came with multiple mistakes of course and neither Mark nor Jaime would return my call until after I was sitting in the conference room to close. We had to postpone closing 3 hours while we waited on their team to correct the issues that once again made it through whatever checks and balances exist on their end, yet I caught them immediately. Overall, I believe your company is good, but these two people in particular are blemishing your name. I would highly recommend retraining or replacement on their part due to failure to perform.
Charleen was our real estate lady. We can't say enough about her GREAT GREAT LADY to work with. She made sure every thing was done right and doubled check every thing here. We don't how we would be here if not for her. Hope she will be our friend for ever.
The agent that I worked with was very helpful and I could always reached via phone.
The entire team worked well together and communicated with each other to keep the process moving forward. Working with Molly to gather all of the needed documents was a pleasure.
Would like to thank Chris Holdman also for all the help. When you have two extremely professional people in the organization I see why they are used by all Veterans. I will ensure I tell all my friends and co-workers who are getting a house to call.
The management team was very professional and knowledgable. it was a pleasure working with the entire team.
I strongly recommend VUHL to all my friends and family, if I'm ever in need of home loan assistance in the future, I hope they are available to me, thanks guy's and May God continue to bless you all...
