Overall experience was good.
Scott was outstanding, He was always there when I had any questions or concerns. Great Job!
From the very first time I contacted Veterans United to one day after closing which was this past Tuesday, everybody I spoke with was very professional and courteous. I never once found myself waiting to hear back from Mason and/or Justin. I had the most correspondence with Justin and he always made me feel as if I was his most important call of the day. Justin always took the time to listen to my concerns or questions no matter how big or small. Justin was very honest and never let me get to high or too low. There's no question in my mind, that if I was ever to look to buy a house again, I would be contacting Veterans United and would definitely call Mason and/or Justin directly. I can't thank them or Veteran United enough!I would also like to take just a brief minute to say the realtor recommended to me by Veteran's United, Bobbie Files was outstanding. I could not have made a better decision myself.
I only have one not so positive thing to say. My parents recently did a refinance also and their loan officer was very good about telling them to wait to pay their old mortgage payment to see if they closed on their refi in time to not have to pay it. If Chris had also done this we would have had an extra almost 900 dollars because we closed on our refi before our March payment was due with our old loan company. So that would have been a huge help to us. Otherwise he was terrific.
I have dealt with a great many financial management personnel in one capacity or another, but I found Kevin and Taylor Clark, in particular, to be the most honest and professional persons I've ever known, believed in, and could put my life and concerns in their hands. They dealt with a great many matters and concerns, on not just one home financed, but two. Except for strict accountability with my credit reporting matters, they made the vast stream of paperwork manageable to the best of their ability and my wife and I appreciated that so very much!! I am disabled and have many problems with my memory functions, but that was no problem for them. They made themselves available to me AT ALL TIMES, to cheerfully and professionally answer any and all concerns to until I fully understood every aspect of each and every issue!!I could go on further, but you should be getting the meaning of my most sincere praise of Veterans United Home Loans, by this time. I am not a person given to giving false/fake praise or praiseworthy comments when a person does not deserve it. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING you all have done to ensure my happiness and that of my wife Shiron in getting the home we so dreamed of having someday. That day is TODAY, AND WE ARE SO EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!!!GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU,"ERIC"
It would be a big mistake to overlook Breck at promotion time. It is people like her who enable your company to be successful.
My only comment would be for the underwriters team. They need to keep updated on cases of identity theft in regards to IRS regulations. I was asked for documentation that they would not validate.
