Our experience with Veterans United was truly exceptional and easy. Thanks

The while team was incredible to work with. We are very appreciative of your hard work. You all helping me to put my child into the ideal home and community is something I'll always be grateful for. Thank you for everything.

This is my 2nd home thru them. Fantastic and easy use.

All I have to say is that since my very first house I worked with Mike. He blew me away with his knowledge and punctuality. His entire team is great ! I will always refer everyone I know to this team! They NEVER let me down and it’s always a pleasure dealing with them! Hopefully this is the last time for a while haha I plan to make this my forever

The only and I mean the ONLY reason it was not a 10 is the realtor I was given by veterans united. She was lazy and had no knowledge of how to buy a house. From what I gathered her company was only Spanish and other immigrants who did not speak English worth a damn which is annoying as hell. I had to find my own realtor but besides that veterans united was absolutely the most amazing experience I could have imagined.

Elizabeth and her team were wonderful to work with. Being a real estate agent, Elizabeth has been my preferred lender for a couple of years now and she always takes the best care of my clients. Going through the process for my investment home was no exception, she was very detailed and made everything easy to understand. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!

Ryan and his team provided me with valuable support during my loan process for buying a house. It's true that purchasing a house can be a stressful experience, but having a dedicated and supportive team can make a significant difference.

Overall experience has been a very good one. The to-do list makes getting things done simple and easy to do. The staff has been wonderful. Great job!

Not much to say about Veteran’s United, however Shannon Workman was awesome. Shannon was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any question at anytime of the day. 10/10 would recommend (Shannon). We dealt with an FHA loan, which we understand to be a pain, but whoever is behind the scenes, dealing with the underwriting and the info needed to obtain the loan, I can’t give much credit to. There was info needed at the last minute on a scheduled closing day or we wouldn’t hear anything until after the scheduled day. All in all, Veteran’s gets a 7/10. Shannon really saved the rating.

My experience with Veterans United was going well, untill the appraisal phase. In an effort to assist Veterans in this phase, Veterans United contacts the appraisal company. As a result, the appraiser documented the road allowing the property easement access as private. This report caused an extended delay in closing. As I was in a rate lock, it had to be extended several times until the road access was resolved. This delay caused me to pay thousands of dollars in closing costs that were not anticipated. Had I not the funds to close, I would have lost my opportunity to receive approval from the VA for the loan. I was extremely disappointed when told that Veterans Untied would not provide any financial assistance for this delay, and rate lock extension fees. In the end, it was discovered that the access road was identified as public in other Veterans United mortgage closings. An addendum by the appraiser to his report, allowed the loan to go to closing. VA loans are a benifit that allows for little or no money down to buy a home. In my case, I felt the closing costs were excessive for a VA loan. Thank you for the opportunity to speak frankly about my experience with Veterans United.

Walked us through the process step by step.
Help with any questions we had and worked extra hard to make sure we closed on our closing date
