They were quick on their feet when there was an issue with the previous year’s taxes and got the situation resolved prior to closing. Matt and his team were very professional and responsive during the entire process.
I went through multiple other lenders before using Veterans United, and their service was far superior. I also got the lowest rate with them. My loan specialist, Horace Johnson, was great. The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
