My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! There were bumps in the whole process, but there are bumps no matter what. Maybe a little better communication, but even saying that is not really a red flag simply because everyone's situation is gonna be different because we all have different lives. Doing anything less than great would have been me not getting this house and I did so I will forever be grateful for my team of Bill,, Anna, and Sierra. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Highly recommend it to Veterans or active duty personnel! Great service who really looks out for you. Not just loan services, but also insurance quotes, and realtor recommendations with incentives. Hard to find organizations that really are working for the customer and in this particular case, the service member.
