Overall Veterans United was great, Jackson was super helpful, my wife and I have very busy schedules and Jackson was very accommodating to that and any question we had he always made time to explain it better. I had and I made well over 20 calls to them. They got my closing done in 25 days to beat my husband deployment greatly appreciate the team pulling over time for me thank you it means a lot I hope you all on my team stay very very blessed. There are some issues with VU systems timing out as I try to read the documents. Also the insurance piece was an annoyance. I was still shopping and VU for whatever reason auto closed it and put their own insurance in. In fact I got a text message this morning thanking me for choosing VU insurance. I also got a call yesterday saying I had to sign a statement that I had declined VU insurance. I informed the lady my loan had already closed, but send it to me and I'll sign it. Nothing ever came.
Thanks to Bill Musick and his team, I was able to purchase my Dream home in GA. I closed in July and haven’t stop smiling since. Bill and the team made my process super smooth and answered all questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly.
