The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. This was the most seamless loan process I have ever gone through. My loan team delivered on time. Word of advice: complete your To-Do’s as soon as they hit your inbox. This is where you have the most control during this process. Bill Bales, his team, Kat in Client Advocate ...everyone was phenomenal and very professional! I wish I could leave them a 10 star and give them all a virtual hug!!!!

Haley and Danielle were incredible. It was clear that they truly cared about us and our experience.The underwriting team, however, I wanted to say horrible things too. Everyday, it was some new bullshit thing they had never mentioned before that they needed in order for us to close. Sometimes, it was even something we had already provided. We closed 2 days late because the underwriting team couldn't get their shit together, resulting in additional hotel and moving truck expenses. I hope they step on a lego once a day til the end of time.
