This is my second time buying a home but the first time using veterans united and I will always use veterans united in the future if I end up moving on. Working with the Veteran's united team was great. I think I had 4 or 5 people working for/with me on my purchase. They were all very professional and communicated well to keep me up to date on the progress of my purchase, even when we ran into a few issues with the VA. But my team fought hard on my behalf and worked with the VA to get my loan approved with minimal delay.
I have a great deal of respect for my team of professionals who helped me during the home buying process. They helped me find answers to my questions and choose the best mortgage for me. They helped me find the house I was looking for then took me through the whole process.
Had a short closing and they helped make everything go by very smoothly and as stress free as possible. Everyone communicated very well.
Veterans United itself was great to work with, however, the mobile notary that they used was, in my opinion, kind of unprofessional. During the entire process of signing she was on her phone walking a buyer through a house trying to sell it.
