I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! I can’t put into words how helpful Kenny is on everything throughout this whole process. It doesn’t matter the time or the day, if it’s a weekend or evening, he was there 100% anytime I needed anything. Even a simple question in a text message late at night he will respond quickly. It really made the whole process very smooth and he helped to ease any anxiety that I had with buying a home. I would 100% recommend him to any of my fellow service members that have a chaotic schedule.
