Overall a great experience. Did not enjoy when I was passed off to a the Jack guy. Sense of arrogance and made me hate this process even more. When I asked questions, I was given the same instructions that were in the to do list word for word. Hope to never work with him again.
After a long struggle figuring out what job to take and where to live, we finally made our way to Tennessee. We said no to many and found the right home for us, our fur babies, and our plants. It’s an acre with a pool and a fenced-in backyard. Happiness was found with the help from our realtor and VETERANS UNITED!
I rated a 10: very happy with JB, Jaclyn and Madeline (?) as my team. The process to finalize a VA line is daunting! The approval to qualify was pretty simple. The process to finally get across the finish line was almost too much!
Using my VA loan for the first time on buying my first home put a lot of questions in my head, but having the app I was able to have all my questions answered quickly.

This is my second time buying a home but the first time using veterans united and I will always use veterans united in the future if I end up moving on. It was the easiest process using VU which was such a relief for me.They were there every step of the way to answer any questions, explain things multiple times if needed, lol. I cannot recommend them enough, it's the only way to go.
The whole team that helped me, and my wife, to purchase our home were all really great. Everyone made the process extremely low stress, even though we closed in around 30 day from the initial phone call.
