This is my second time buying a home with Veterans United there where road blocks this time on my end but my VU team was there every step of the way and eased my mind quickly. Would for sure go through them again but let's hope this is my forever home.
Everyone was great. Always there to answer my questions, even after hours!
Too many assistants. The process should be streamlined. I should talk to the Senior loan officer and my Realtor. A loan coordinator is not necessary. The Senior loan officer got upset because I was talking to the loan coordinator and he wasn't informed, not my fault. Too many cooks in the kitchen!
The process was simple from start to finish, and the VU team ensured a timely closing. This was by far the easiest home buying process I’ve been a part of.
Everything was done so quickly and it was all spelled out perfectly what was needed from me every step of the way. I can't express enough how awesome the entire team was in making my home buying process as simple as possible.
