Ross, Nate, and the rest of my awesome Loan team worked with me for over a year until I finally found a house I liked. With my job as an FCC, I stay gone all the time so at times, getting all the information or paperwork for them was difficult. But, even in a time crunch, they did whatever they had to and got it done! They have VERY open lines of communications and made clear those lines of communication don't go away just because you sign the dotted line. Being a first time home buyer, it feels great knowing I have a team in my corner I can call if I have any concerns. Even if it's something they don't usually handle, they'll get that information best they can. Veterans know how trust feels, as for my team at VU, they put it there.
Great lender, they take the guess work out of what you need. The portal/dashboard page is a great feature, shows what documents they and allows you to upload them there! Our lending was knowledgeable and quick to answer any question we had along the way.
Overall an easy to use process and interface with the website. Very hands off for customers which is a plus.

Made the process easy, they did most of the gathering information for me so that was a major plus side. They walk you through every step of the way and put at ease any doubts that you may have.
Any questions that come up, ask them if they don’t have the answer right then and there someone will find it for you and will stay in contact with you till you get your answers
My experience with Veterans United was very easy and streamlined. From the great lender and realtor I was assigned to the checklist on the portal, I don't think things could have gone any better.
