Great experience
My real complaint was that one of the people that worked with us went on vacation. We weren't made aware of this until two days later when there was a much needed document. Luckily it didn't negatively effect us, it just would have been good to make sure someone was covering down on that.

Can't beat perfection
Overall outstanding, besides one thing. It would be outstanding if loan officers or concierges would talk you through what you’re signing. Tons of legal documents dealing with a lot of money. Other than that, Outstanding.
