i think you should go through the paperwork because some of the paperwork seem to be saying the same thing
Brandon and Cameron are both very professional and easy to work with. Always returned phone calls quickly to all of our questions. Keep us up to date and closing want very smoothly. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
Brian Poterbin was our loan officer, and he set us up with Mike Spicer with Coldwell Bankers of West Shell. These two gentlemen were very professional and always had our best interest at mind. I have nevr worked with a realtor or loan officer that actually cared about us and working with us to make sure we got a house that we wanted and were happy with. Any time i needed Brian Poterbin he was there or he called me back within the hour. Because of our work hours we were only able to look at houses after 6:00pm and Mike Spicer was very good about working with us even though it was so late at night. These two were so helpful in the entire process and i am very grateful for their time and effort that they put in. We could not be more pleased with our house and i would never have thought we would be home owners, but we are thanks to the hard work and dedication of these two individuals and am sure we will never be able to express how much we appreciate them.
Veterans united was so helpful during the process of buying our home. They were very professional yet kind and understanding. Our real estate agent and the title company we worked with said they were very impressed with veterans united. They both said they would recommend veterans united. The level of service that veterans united provides is something that a person does not see much of these day. My husband and I are very happy with veterans united and want to thank them for going above and beyond.
Aubree was outstanding as an loan officer. She assisted me do much.
We did have some problems finding homeowners insurance due to the age of the home we purchased.
Heather of VUHL sent me some contacts that they had worked with previously and the one we worked with was prompt in submitting a bid and working out the coverage we needed.

Hi my name is Brian & I had a Great experience with Veterans United & my Loan officer Jody. I was a first time home buyer & they made the buying process EXTREMELY painless & Expediant
Angela and Catie did a great job. They always kept me updated on what was going on and what I needed to do next. Veterans united was awesome. Usaa pre approved me but with a 6000 down payment. Veterans united did it with no down payment. I couldn't of asked for anything better. Thank you so much for all your handwork and getting it done right.
I hope you don't think that I rated VU a 10 just to rate them a 10. The group that I worked with were amazing. I have already recommended VU to many of my veteran co-workers as well as my family. In November I didn't think it was going to be possible to own a home but I thought let's just see... Now it has been truly a dream come true. The process was great from start to finish with multiple people there at every step to help with questions or any needs that we had. Truly a great process, thank you so much for making dreams come true!
I would like to start by saying thank you for such a smooth process.
Thanks to our loan officer Bill Musick, from the beginning of the process, he was very quick at returning my phone calls, and dedicated the time when we spoke, to patiently answer any questions that I had. I never had to pull the answers out of him nor figure out the right questions to ask, he always provided an explanation with just the right amount of information, also discussing "what-if" scenarios.
We would also like to thank Alycea Smith for helping later on in the process with the events leading up to closing. Thanks again.
My wife is a disabled veteran. This presented some difficulties with regards to the loan process. Our loan officer, Adam Crutchfield, provided us with information when we needed it and took action when it was required. He was so understanding and kind in ensuring that we were able to secure a home while my family dealt with serious health issues. Thank you Adam.
Scott Thompson is really a trooper when it comes to needing help with the process of getting the paperwork done effectively. The professionalism and prompt manner in which Mr. Thompson responded was exceptional. Even the kindness shown by Scott in the passing of my family member was something I did not expect. I can not say enough about the manner in which I and my family were treated by the Scott and the VU Family.
Again Thank You
Since any home purchase requires patience and teamwork, having a dedicated and professional broker and lender are critical.
I was very happy with the service I received from Lee Sattler and Jeremy Wilder. They were both very helpful with any questions that I had and were very diligent in getting my loan processed and getting me to closing on time. This was a wonderful home buying experience for me and I hope to use you again in the future. I will recommend Veterans United Home Loans to any veteran I happen to come across that is looking to purchase a home. Thank you for your great service.
Jeff Magsamen and Justin Napier were AMAZING!! No matter what questions or conerns I had they always had time to work with me and explain everything to me. I would HIGHLY recomment Veterans United Home Loans to all of our military friends and family!
Aubree Keck did a fabulous job with my home loan! I would highly recommend her & veterans United! Thanks!
Your "loan senior advisor" waintd until two days prior to closing to mention there was missing paperwork. You should email out a check list or have a checklist to go off of to ensure all paperwork is present prior to telling the customer a closing date.
I felt I was in good hands at all times.
Scott Ratcliff was absolutely great to work with. He did everything he could to make the process flow. Even my relator mentioned how great he was to work with.
