Not to mention the professionalism of Tom and every single member of his team I feel very unique every time I communicate with them either by phone or text message. I feel like I knew them for a long time. I think they just love what they doing. They are efficient with a very uncommonly higher level of team spirit. Tom had made his team available for me from day 1. It does not matter how many times I call in a day, they are always there to dedicate their time to respond to my inquiries.
In the future, I would suggest answering questions instead of sharing links and providing videos. The purpose of any specialist is to explain and help the individuals who don’t specialize in those topics and help them understand things. Sharing links and giving textbook answers instead of personalized responses defeats the purpose of asking questions. It could’ve been much worse, but the simple things that should’ve been followed and not missed we and at the end of the process became more of a headache even though it was something small.

VU makes the process as easy as possible, through very reliable and timely communication, with user-friendly text messaging services, mobile app, and online services. I've used other highly reputable leaders in the past, including veterans services like USAA, but Ventern United far exceeded the standard and blew away any competition. The leader team I had was exceptional and made the whole experience wonderful. I felt like I was talking with two friends who had my best interest in mind. This was my second VA home purchase in 10 years. First, I want to say is that everyone at Veteran's United exceeded every expectation and made this the most simple pain free process I have ever been through. Communication and accessibility was spot on. My last purchase was difficult, painful, and full of stress. This go around, I had less than perfect credit, a bankruptcy, divorce, etc. I would not consider myself an ideal candidate for a home loan. But Veteran's United got it done, seamlessly, with a great interest rate! Veteran's United will have my business for life.
