I was dreading the whole home buying experience, I've heard so many horror stories and was honestly expecting a headache. Boy was I wrong! The entire team was fast, helpful and understanding from the time of pre-approval to closing was 20 days! Everything was super smooth and easy for being a first time buyer I was shocked! Even with the tiniest bit of friction there, and considering (mostly) everyone’s unfamiliarity with it, it wasn’t bad enough to warrant anything less than a ten.
Let me tell you something about Stephanie Hoffman. She is the absolute BEST at her job. I called her about a problem I was having with my prior lender & she had everything I needed in less than 24 hours. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have got my house. She broke down the entire home buying process so well that I think I can be a mortgage lender now. I thank her & her team for treating me & my family as her own. Not only is she the best she is also somebody that I consider family. She deserves all the praises & raises lol. Thanks again so much for everything and i hope people out there looking for mortgage lenders get somebody as good as Stephanie. But they probably wont cause she is the best HELLO.
