The entire experience with Veterans United wasn't like a loan officer and loan specialist, it felt like friends helping each other. Look, for us veterans being genuine is huge. We can sniff it out when you aren't, and the entire team was rock solid genuine. I never had hesitation about anything. We finally did it! This is my second experience working with Ben and his team. Both were outstanding! He was always available to talk when I needed and talked me through parts I didn’t completely understand right away. I’m not sure what it’s like with other loan officers with other companies because I’ve only used Ben and his team at VU, but can’t imagine I’d ever use any else ever again.
