Veterans united is the best lender ever everything was so fast and smooth the team they chose for me was the best team anyone could ask for Jordan and Levi and Nikki where hero’s not everyone has to wear a cape they were there everytime I called and anytime I had questions Jordan I called him everyday like we were best friend they will talk you through everything and make it the easiest process Levi stayed on top of my underwriting all day anytime he needed me he called everything was so smooth and Nikki was like a mama bear she called anytime just to make sure everything was going ok and to help me with everything I needed pointed me in directions for things I might need later down the line a wonderful lady I couldn’t have asked for a better team I wish this wasn’t the last time I could talk them they felt like family honestly me and Jordan would talk about our days honestly made it feel like it wasn’t just a business transaction we got to know each other and I thank VU and the team for have such wonderful people on your team

It was a long road for us to find a home that we wanted and go through the purchase process but Scott hung in there with us through all of it to help us achieve our dream of home ownership. My only concern, if you can call it that, more like a hiccup. We had a last minute (30 mins before closing) question from the underwriter after being "cleared to close" for a while. I understand it happens and is in their rights, but rattled us a bit. Other than this, great job!
Very helpful, quick and very thoughtful we had an amazing team that was all put together within 20 mins it was crazy fast and easy and everyone is very understanding for first time buyers they really helped keep us calm and not freaking out during the process

This company was honestly extremely good at fighting for my business and made it very easy to side with them compared to other companies. Mr. Aaron has been fighting for my business since my time getting out the army when I thought I wanted a house and then backed out two times and when we finally wanted to make the decision, Aaron was fully prepared and the fastest at responding to email, questions, and anything I needed help with. He was true to about the entire process, and I would actually do business with him again by far one of the most professional loan officer I’ve ever worked with and I can’t wait to do business again with him in the future. Let it be known. He was very quick to beat other people’s rates and actually offered me better rates to start off.

Although the road was rock at times Veterans United provided levelheaded service and was right on time every time to get the job done. When I was finally ready to begin my journey to find the right home I shopped around for my loan, initially it seemed like my options for financing were very limited until I was referred to Veterans United by a friend who at the time connected me to Bryant who intern ran the numbers and offered the most competitive amount. Bryant and his team along with Maddie & Sami were very patient and dedicated to seeing this through to the end and were able to find some of the most affordable options, and companies that were most suitable for me & my family. I would most definitely recommend Veterans United to any other veterans out there looking for a Home Loan and an Agency that’s willing to go the extra Mile. We are so thankful for their assistance in the process. If I ever need to purchase a Home again, I will definitely be contacting Veterans United!
Aimee Hall, is the best. She was awesome, honest, to the point, and my favorite is I could tell she was a person not just utilizing AI and that meant the most to me. She always came with the facts and honesty. Thank you so much Aimee Hall and your team. They were great. If you want you honesty and a smooth loan process, Aimee and her team are where you want to be.
My loan team had information 2 weeks prior to my closing. They forgot to file my disability tax exemption so it held up the whole process on closing day. It backed up the Title company and my agent for over 3.5 hours. In the end to complete the close my agent ended up adjusting his commission $671.00. Now I have to pay agent out of pocket instead of it being included in my financing. NO I will not ever recommend. Very poor communications and when they did they wanted to be able to talk at like one time was 849 at night on a Friday night. Another was on a Sunday. Not how ya do business sorry. I do regret using Veterans United. Their folks know nothing about Anxiety / PTSD or how to interact with some one whom has it. Believe me most vets do. It's not always just about the numbers.
