Both of these individuals went above and beyond to make this process move along as smooth as possible. I only remark that I would not recommend Veterans United is that there were better options with local lenders that I did not take. I was not impressed with the outsourcing of insurance information and floodplain survey information. That is not the loan teams' fault in any way. I was only disappointed that the information was erroneous, and the Veterans United insurance plans were astronomically more expensive that other insurance options that offer similar coverage. There were also lapses of communication regarding outstanding loan requirements leading to a timeline shift in the closing.
