Overall, the Team was great. Small mentions & attention to details like receiving email notifications a day or two after the action requested/mentioned in the email had already been done or discussed, and repeated requests for the correction of our names; even our last which would be correct for one of us, yet not the other.However, corrections were made, seemingly everyone works well together to make Veterans and their families feel important, appreciated and their service valued enough to cover an big part of home ownership expenses. We really enjoyed all of the step-by-step process videos. This removed the stress associated with not knowing what to expect next. Thanks again for a very pleasant first-time experience. Our experience was exceptional! Our entire team of loan officers, concierge, and "behind the scenes" personnel made this first experience of purchasing a home very smooth and user-friendly. I would suggest going to the website and watching the video series to gain some perspective on what to expect from each step along the way. Veteran's United has made our family dream of relocating cross-country (from Tacoma, Washington to Ocala, Florida) to return to our pre-military service home come true. We could not be more satisfied!

Chris Porter was an absolute stud. Donna was lazy, slow, didn't communicate ever and almost talked the deal multiple times due to miss poor work ethic. At multiple times in the 8.5 months it took to close; Donna would be unresponsive for weeks and as a result we had to redo paperwork after paperwork. Would not recommend!
