I did my first home refinance with them. The whole process was confusing, but they were extremely upfront about all costs and explained everything so I could actually understand it. We were very impressed with Courtney and her team. Under the wire with another lender that was not delivering what was promised, Courtney stepped in and wrapped everything up in lightening time.
