Very friendly and hard working team. However they seemed slightly inexperienced due to a few mistakes made along the way. They might succeed with a more experienced team lead. But overall we made it to closing.

Great! I am completely shocked at how smooth this process was. Any issues or concerns I had anyone I reached out to was very prompt, helpful and thorough so I understood what was going on during the entire process.
Communication was spotty between VU, my realtor, and myself.
Even though it is a long-drawn-out proposal until closing is complete, don't get frustrated. Veterans United keeps you informed about where everything is at and answers any questions you may have. Jason, our loan officer was incredible! He was very professional and made everything go quite smoothly. He explained things well enough for us to actually understand the concepts. We thank him for everything he did for us!
The entire experience with Veterans United wasn't like a loan officer and loan specialist, it felt like friends helping each other. Look, for us veterans being genuine is huge. We can sniff it out when you aren't, and the entire team was rock solid genuine. I never had hesitation about anything. We finally did it! Thanks to Nick and Spencer for being there for us, they made buying in this crazy market a lot less stressful.
