Rich Pauls and the Veterans United team exceeded all expectations for what I expected from a loan officer! Before connecting with Rich, I had previously engaged with another mortgage broker, and I stumbled upon the Veterans United website while doing a comparative market analysis. Promptly after completing the web-based assessment, Rich contacted me directly to introduce himself and discuss my home-buying interests. The call was enjoyable, and Rich accepted that I was already working with a separate entity. He provided me with a short list of services he could provide on behalf of Veterans United and offered to help me if I decided to switch home loan providers. After making little to no progress with the other provider, I called Rich back a week later, and it was the best choice I've made in recent history. Rich was an absolute professional, and I felt well taken care of. I genuinely think Rich and his team provided a service I could not get from any other provider. Great Experience Overall. I thought that buying a house would be a painful journey, but Veterans United made it simple.
I am very happy with the entire team that worked on my home loan. They all deserve a rating higher than 10!!! I especially liked dealing with all the members of the team, and was great to talk to each and every one of them. It also doesn't hurt that they are from my home state of Missouri.
