This truly was the worst experience I've ever had in obtaining a mortgage or any sort of loan. Alberto was about the most unprofessional loan officer that I have ever dealt with. Between numbers constantly changing, accusatory statements towards my company, constant requests for different documents that go back further than what should have been needed, dialogue with my girlfriend about my income that should have been a conversation with me first, then asking my third party accountant to send an e-mail confirming something I've already confirmed (which is illegal and unethical). I simply cannot express my disgust enough with this process. Luckily, James stepped in near the end after the many fumbles the MVU team made. The process was eventually complete after almost losing our new home due to a time factor caused by Alberto. But never again will I use MVU. I hope anyone who uses MVU has a better experience than what I had. Best of luck to everyone.

Though, we also understand how relying on estimates for a portion of the home buying process can seem inconsistent or make it difficult to trust the process. Overall, a great and easy experience. My only gripe was that we didnt know the final closing cost number until the day before closing, so we were stressing about the wire going through in time. But, it all worked out. Melissa and her team at VU were amazing. Jay and Breland were also super awesome.
We could not have asked for a better Loan Officer than Charles McKee. He made our home buying dream a reality. We could not have done it without him. He was with us from the initial preapproval process until we signed our closing papers. His service was impeccable and his work ethic was impressive. Thank you Charles for being so kind and patient with all our needs. We were truly in good hands with you.

Just wanted to say thank you all for your hard work, and your positive attitude! I must admit when I first heard about the number of people who would be involved, I was overwhelmed! However, the process went very easy! There was great communication within the team that made it easy for me! Lastly, that "to-do" list, was off the chain! This also made my home buying experience, one I will never forget!
