Great Experience Overall. I thought that buying a house would be a painful journey, but Veterans United made it simple.
I am very happy with the entire team that worked on my home loan. They all deserve a rating higher than 10!!! I especially liked dealing with all the members of the team, and was great to talk to each and every one of them. It also doesn't hurt that they are from my home state of Missouri.

The process was a bit gruesome.
The team worked so hard to get my loan closed! The estimated closing timeframe was 45 - 60 days, and we were closed in a record breaking 32 days!Ryan and his team were wonderful to work with!
Top to bottom, Montgomery was always there to help and went above and beyond! The concierge service was unexpected and greatly appreciated!
I think the water concerns need to be reviewed, it took two weeks to get it approved even after installing a UV Filter because the property has a spring and cistern. This area uses spring water cisterns all over the county and in other parts of Western North Carolina.
other than that, the team of Jake Frogge, Lynn Heath, Logan Flett and Barbara McLaughlin did an amazing job.

Need to have more understanding about your customers, we do not know all the language, terms, and procedures it takes to buy a home. I'm 75, wife is 74,you made us feel like crap,shame on you.

The rates are higher compared to other companies but the relationship and trust in Kennedy provided the trust and comfort we needed to follow through the loan.
