I think the process could go a little smoother if everything that is known to be a factor as far as paperwork goes is requested at one time instead of having us scramble around almost daily for the paperwork.
My spouse and I have used Veterans United to buy, sell, and buy a home again all within the span of 18 months. As a first-time home buyer, I didn't really know what I was getting myself into. Everybody on the Veterans United team patiently explained what was required of me and kept me in the loop every step.
