I was so surprised that within 30 minutes on a Sunday morning I had pre approval for a home loan and I could present it to the seller that same morning when I viewed the house. This was very impressive. Well done Nick. Much appreciated.
Although there were several hiccups that were rare and slowed the process at certain points the team helped me every step of the way, answered my questions and concerns and I am so grateful for their help.

Couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The team that worked with me made buying a home so simple where before I thought it was going to be impossibly difficult. As a first time homebuyer never once felt rushed or I couldn’t ask questions if needed. All around a good experience and would recommend this service for anyone looking to purchase a home.
The constant miscommunication from the internal teams at VU is extremely poor. There were multiple times I had a conversation with one and a completely different message was passed along leading to extreme frustration. The underwriting team especially.

Veterans United has supported us under every stepping stone it takes to reach that door. Initially we were stressed to the point of health issues, on short notice PCS orders from GA to CO, but VU made it easier from the very start. Our loan officer, Alice Schneider, recommended an amazing realtor, John Szpyrka from Colorado Springs. This process was extremely easy and I will forever be sure to recommend this company, we closed within ~30 days! Any issue caused by 3rd parties was solved quickly by the professional heat these guys apply to make sure everything is done correctly! Amazing work!

Gotta give Connor a shout out for catching me a bit off guard at the start of the process but walking me through the initial information gathering process and letting me know why he was asking me everything. He was professional but also understood that I was nervous and had some anxiety and did an amazing job calming me down and letting me know this is all part of the process. His personal home buying anecdotes prepared me for what was coming and if he hadn't got this ball rolling, I'm not sure if I would have finished it.
