Only stressful thing was the amount of people in the communication process, I do however understand it's necessity in most cases but at times with trying to disseminate information amongst the team itself seemed degraded to a level that got concerning at times. Overall It was a steep learning curve in buying my first house, but the team provided a satisfying results and I liked that most of all. Thank you to everyone involved for helping me into my home, I've wanted this for a very long time and you helped me achieve it.

A couple of months ago we tried applying for a mortgage through a local mortgage company, and unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. We tried again 7 months later and it was amazing from start to finish. Beginning with Steven who helped use get ready for the pre-qualification process, to our Loan Officer Alea, down to Jeffery and Nicole who communicated everything that was needed throughout the process and heard us out for our timeline and needs. We closed on our home in about 26 days! We really do appreciate everyone in this team up in San Antonio with Veterans United.
