Jeremy Henry was great. I’d give HIM a 10. His team was horrible. This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had with home buying.
The process was stressful and rocky.
Jeremy was always very communicative and kind. Very sad his team was always lost. Would recommend Jeremy not Veterans United.

Veteran's United is the best experience we have had with a Veteran's loan. We were with them a year and a half for the home buying process because we had major life upheavals. Our loan officer Bert Shaw was one of the best from his congeniality to understanding working hard to make sure that we got the home that we wanted. The team was for us and we felt supported along the way. The to do move lists and all the support helped make our transitions smooth and easy. We 100% recommend using them for buying your home as a Veteran.
