It was a pleasure doing business with Mike Mange and his staff. I know I was a challenge and sometimes a little stressed but they were always courteous and professional and more than helpful with all the paperwork I needed to get back to them. Mr Dianics was instrumental in assisting me with my home loan from onset in Feb 2013 to completion in May 2013. He walked me through the process step by step and advised me of all requirements up to closing. This was a first for me and the personal attention was exceptional to include assignment of real estate agent (Tyler) to home insurance (Scott). I would gladly recommend any veteran seeking home loan assistance to use Veterans United. I too enjoyed all of the perks. Thank you a million, Mike, and if you are a praying man or man of faith, I wish you all the success in your future endeavors and I pray that God will walk with you every step of the way.

This is the first home I've purchased a home and I was told by numerous friends and family who've purchased homes in the past that the process is not a good one and it left them frustrated and bitter. I have the opposite experience. My home buying experience was smooth and orderly. Aaron Foster was GREAT and assisted me. He was very patient with me and I have nothing but worderful things to say. I'm happy!

This has been one of the best experiences of my life so far. I was so worried in the beginning of this process that I wasn't even sure if I could do follow through with the whole thing. Brendan quickly allayed all of my fears and got me started on the road to success. Thanks to him and Veteran's United, I am 10 years ahead of my personal schedule and now own my own home at 25. Now that I've accomplished this, I am looking forward to tackling the rest of life knowing that I have a place to call my own.

Ross Pierson and Matt Van Ronzelen did an OUTSTANDING job working with me to get into a house. Starting last September and with the unexpected loss of the house 1 and the craziness of the housing market, including the appraisers, Ross stuck with me and made all the paperwork and pre-qualification seem effortless. It made buying a house a fun experience instead of a fear factor event.

Both our loan officer, Doug George and his assistant Sheila, were absolutely awesome! Anytime we had a question we were able to call or email them and we got a quick answer. They really seemed to actually care... We weren't just another client! Thank you Doug and Sheila!

many moons ago I called va to inquire about buying a house, I thought my credit was bad cuz of divorce and did not get a positive response from va phone line. called again a couple months ago and spoke to Collin and his reaction was totally positive. he said hey, we won't know until we try and that's what he did and lo and behold a few months later and me driving Collin nuts I am now sitting in my new house that everyone but Collin said it couldn't be done. I am disabled and fix income and Collin made sure that my ss check was capable of paying for mortgage and in cidentals. kept me in the 40% tile debt to income and rock and roll. if u ever need someone to use as an example for working hard and not giving up go see Collin. makes u feel like u are still a someone.

I have already recommended Zach and Erin Carter a new client for a home loan, they work as a team and they do an absolutely good job and most of all they are very knowledgeable on what they do, so in other words they are fantastic to work with. I am very happy (AND VERY SATISFIED) with the both of them, and I did send out an email letting them know that I am so happy to be a home owner again because of what they did for me. I can say no more a job well done!!!!!!!
