I wish they suggested having our interest rate bought down. They did not.
It was a calculated choice to put all my debt under one note and the team helped make that happen quickly and efficiently. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, even after the pre-approval was done and she had handed my file off, she was still willing to answer questions that I had and help me in any way possible. She anticipated anything that underwriting may have wanted from me so that I was prepared for anything that could come up and really took the time to explain the process to me. Aside from her professionalism and efficiency, she was also a great time to work with!
