VU made this very stressful type of experience easy and a lot less stressful than if I where to find realtors and a mortgage lender myself separately. Hopefully I will not need their services for a while but if I do, I will most likely use their services again.
My experience with the whole company and their employees was very good, professional and extremely supportive. I thought things would get worse but to find out if they ask for items the best thing to do is to listen and get the work done. At the end I would consider the company as a family. Hard work makes the dream work. Thanks to the wonderful team, I love you guys

Brad Boer did not communicate with me. I had to put in extra work that he should have done in regards to verification of employment. I did not feel that I was advocated for. He was open about not wanting to go above and beyond for me as his shift ends at 5PM on Friday. This makes sense as our closing date was pushed back 4 days from the original date when we had all of the information they needed prior to.
