I never felt like an annoyance or a burden. They made me feel like my questions and my concerns were important to them too. When I finally went under contract, the timing was difficult, because I was getting ready to leave out of state for work for 4 months. My VU team made our closing happen in record time (less than 3 weeks!) and I was able to move into my new home before having to leave, which was such a relief!
