Great experience. Everyone was very helpful, very knowledgeable, reachable through phone, text, email, answered all questions or concerns either right away or within 2-3min, the application was easy to navigate, overall it was a very smooth process. Great team, thank you.


I believe everything was good until Sarah Motley went on vacation, or just had time off. She evidently did not share with the lady that took her place info and some had to be repeated 2 or 3 times. Maybe things were lost??? Anyway it seemed I had to send alot of things more than twice. And closing, oh my, it took forever to close. And even now after closing, we are still not able to get into the house that we bought. ( I realize that's not you guys fault) but it has been one disappointment after another. Maybe I'm just getting old, but when people can buy a car or truck in one day, it seems like it should be a lot easier to buy a house in less than a few weeks unlike how long it took us ???I'm sorry if this is offensive , I really hesitated to do this survey at all. Seems like we did all the work and all you guys did was give us orders to do more. I'm sorry but I would refer my family and friends to some one who is faster and more capable of being helpful to us. Sorry. No number 10.
