If there's any veterans considering going with a different lender. I applied for a mortgage with my bank first I had enough income to go over 50000.00, but they said I needed a cosigner then the first house I looked I looked at was 120000.00. I was denied the increase my rent was 900.00 a month so I could pay that. Then they said I lost my VA loan and had to apply for an FHA at 10% down. That's when I switched to veterans united they verified my VA loan and I was approved for 190000.00. what I really like about veterans united they have that military attitude less talking and less excuses and more action.
Overall happy with this experience
The only issue I had was not being informed about the sellers offering me money to fix issues to the house, but the money actually went to the closing cost and I had no idea that the money was not going to be used for the deficiencies of the.property.
We've used Veterans United twice now, and both times were smooth and easy with great communication. Thanks VU!
