Servicing from Veterans United regarding our refinancing loan was one of the smoothest evolutions. I felt appreciated as a veteran. All individuals with whom we interacted were extremely courteous, professional, and responsive to our queries/concerns. They also were quite proactive in anticipating potential hiccups and offered reasonable resolutions to each circumstance.On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Veterans United services as an 8.5. The reasons for not providing a 10 were two: (1) Misunderstanding and communications regarding refinancing with a trust which resulted in a 2-day extension with associated costs prior to closing; and (2) It took the Titling company a week from funding to complete payment to the creditors and we were not notified that it would take that long. Receiving a heads-up on the anticipated time to complete those transactions would have made a significant difference to us.....and would also have been OK.We absolutely would seek Veterans United's services in the future and highly recommend them.
