Steve and his team went out of their way to make this process as smooth as possible and did everything they could to make sure every single question was answered as fast as possible.
The whole team was great. Answered any questions that we had, and always kept us informed with any new information.

Despite the long, tedious process to finally becoming homeowners again, from start to finish, Dylan, Ryan, Meredith, and Mason were a great team.
Think twice before using this company! They will be extremely nice to suck you in but once they know they have your service then they are so impersonal. The loan officers will have nothing to do with you and has all communication sent to the concierge staff. This company does not put personal communication high on their list. The care more about making money then taking care of the customer. They will just take the time to send you an email instead of personally reviewing the process and forms with you as a customer. I would never recommend proceed at your own risk!!!
