Both Larry and Lauren were great. I do feel that the underwriter was a little difficult at times due to not knowing some aspects moisture control and the environment in North Carolina.

I’m just impressed with the ease of buying such a life changing asset. Literally every step of the process was accomplished with VU, from offering a real estate agent to security services, HOI, and information on utilities. Much appreciated and made the purchasing process exciting and low stress!

I would highly recommend Veterans United to an Marines I know. They were very professional and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion.
I had a little confusion when I got emails from Chicago Title, because they mixed in w/ all the spam/sales emails I get. So I didn't identify them as part of the refi process for a few days.
I know they have jobs to do but they could been more forthcoming in the process of closing instead of delays and changes at the last minute. It cost me thousands that I will never get back. Not happy about it. But happy I got the home.
