We had one breakdown in communication that was resolved by talking through some mechanisms that I did not understand, and my broker course corrected by over-communicating to my satisfaction so that I was completely comfortable by the time that we reached closing. I really appreciated that level of care and service. Very happy to be in my new home after closing on the projected date.
