My first time using Veterans United was outstanding but unfortunately this time around has left me with some unfavorable words for my Loan Officer and his team. Let's just say that I will not be recommending Kyle Gardner nor his team to any of my military friends for their home buying needs

Read this if you're thinking about working with Veterans United -I was very apprehensive about working with an organization that wasn't local and especially one that claimed to be an "expert" in VA loans. I took a shot anyway and WOW am I glad I did. These people are incredible at their jobs and really are experts in this field. I didn't feel like I was making a very big home purchase but still had an entire team working with me every step of the way. From a super creative and knowledgable loan officer, a friendly underwriter, insurance expert, and even a Home Buying Concierge that would connect me with whomever or whatever I needed along the way. I researched rates and feel like I received highly competitive rates, reasonable closing costs, and unbelievably outstanding service. This is my second time using Veterans United for my VA home loan needs. They are quick and respectful. Both of these helps when you are in market that doesn't understand VA Loans and you are regularly out bid with cash offers.

As a new home buyer I was not looking for a home when I ended up in the buying process! It sort of just happened and to make a long story short I pivoted from two other properties pretty much turning on a dime and going a different direction each time and from the Seller John, Loan Officer Katie and her team including Brie, down to my agent Robert, they all turned in that same direction in unison! Great experience overall and will do it again in a few years!
