Zach and Nicole were a great tag team duo…it was a quite lengthy process but at the end of the day, they did a great job of making sure that the process went smoothly…there were times when I had gotten frustrated 😩 but Zach/Nicole would call and/or text to see if/when I would be able to get him/her/them that information that they had requested, and had informed me that the sooner that I could get them that information, the sooner that they could get the process rolling, so it was more so me holding up the process than anything…they too had sent me a text to wish me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, which I was not expecting to hear from either one of them on those days…overall I’m very pleased 😄 with how everything went…at one point I had thought that I wasn’t going to be able to get the house because of how long that the process had taken but as they say, good things come to those who wait, so I’m very excited because it’s been a long time coming…give Zach/Nicole/Time a significant raise.
VUHL was wonderful. We had a short timeline in trying to get a house and they were efficient and were able to help us meet our goals. I would recommend them to anyone trying to buy a house.

We are going through a rough time right now with my dad about to pass in another state and this team we had was by far the best group ever, they made everything extremely easy and crystal clear for us. The process could have been daunting but they really kept it simple which really helped my family focus on other things that need more attention.
