I just want to say that Hannah and the team went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, even though it wasn’t most of the time which is no fault of their own it was those other people that were doing that madness but they are amazing. I would recommend all veterans use veteran united from start to finish they were on top of everything.
Mike was great and communicative through the entire process. Everything went great until the day of closing. We found out 20 minutes before closing, while driving to closing, that we were delayed due to a simple error not being caught on paperwork that should've been caught long before. VU apparently even knew about the issue days earlier. We had to close the next day due to VU compliance and whatever other bureaucracy not finalizing things in a timely manner knowing we were literally sitting and waiting to close. Our days off, moving, and entire timeline was thrown into chaos. We had done everything we were asked in a timely manner throughout the process so it was frustrating for VU not to hold up their end.
