Towards the end the process got a bit dicey, no fault of my team it was a complicated situation that caused some confusion and concerns. Overall the team was great. I would definitely recommend Veterans United, specifically this team to anyone. They pulled off a home I'd wanted for quite sometime. Allie made sure I was in contact with the much needed resources which helped tremendously. The throw and kitty treats were so thoughtful. I can't thank them enough.

Absolutely amazing team, very helpful every step the way. When my kids are ready to get a house in a few years I will definitely be reaching out to Schandler Rogers. Absolutely phenomenal 15/10. Even the real estate agent was impressed and is recommended him to people.

Veterans United is NEXT LEVEL. Being a Veteran-centric company is only the tip of the iceberg. Every single team in this company I’ve spoke to has been professional from top to bottom. No empty promises, lack of follow up or questions unanswered. I have NO complaints and that’s very rare in todays world. 12/10, WILL recommend.

I was under contract 3 months. I had to jump through hoops of flaming fire like a circus clown. I am fortunate and I have a job and could accommodate the u reasonable requests and spend the thousands of dollars to get the loan closed. What about the veterans that are disabled on a fixed income. My home was appraised at 5,000 over what I paid and I had to go through all of this. In my search, very few homes took VA, and in my discussion with my realtor. Very few realtors will touch someone using a va home loan, my realtor stated he will never do it again. I can absolutely see why. You make it virtually impossible for Veterans to utilize the benefit they earned through protecting the freedoms of this country. Then there is the fact that I started out with a realtor provided by the VA. That was horrible. She had very limited availability and sent an individual to show us a house that had zero knowledge of the VA or real-estate at all. I had to find my own civilian realtor. In the end we, including my realtor, have made contact with our state representative. It is deplorable that veterans are unable to use what they earned without so much hardship. I was fortunate, what about those that are 100% disabled. I hope you do publish mr review, but I am sure only those who had no issues and gave a shining review are published. Not even sure how you have any those.

Response from Veterans United

Leah,

I’m so sorry for all the stress you endured. I'm so glad you took time to talk with our Client Advocates. Even from here, we're only a call or email away if you need anything else.

Most sincerely,
Kendra, Client Relations
