Overall amazing experience. The team was so helpful during the whole process and made themselves available to answer any and all questions we had, which were a lot since it was our fist home buying experience, and a new build. So happy we chose to go with Veterans United.

I can sit back and relax when working with Jimmy and his team. All the answers to all my questions answered quickly, having everything I needed on my end easily explained, and doing all the hard work so I can focus on my own day. 10 out 10 to Veterans United and Jimmy Stranz for getting me my Second home.Also, I would highly recommend Carrie Basic as anyone's Real estate Agent. Honestly she went above and beyond to find me my home, along with making sure I had everything ready for closing. She was well prepared for any home I wanted to see and always had time to answer my questions.
I would appreciate better communication. More help with my questions. I felt like I was left outside during the whole process. Closing also took so much longer because everyone from Veterans United was asking for documents late in the afternoon, by the time I would get them what was requested it would be another day waiting to close. Very frustrating!

At one point in the process I had 3 different Emily’s. It got a little confusing a couple times. Overall the entire team made the process as easy and as minimally stressful as possible. I greatly appreciate everyone that was there.

we were living in a camper after we sold our Mobile home.It was pretty small in the camper of 38 foot. Now we have a 800 ft square foot home two bedroom 1 bath and a half with a two car carport. For a while we thought we were not going to get the home due to a water issue but thanks to the team it all worked out. we just love our little home. Thanks again for all your hard work

If you are debating on using Veterans United to purchase your home, I would absolutely without a doubt tell you that they are the best way to go! Buying a house seemed like something that would never happen for me, but thanks to my team the idea that seemed so far away is now my reality. Without my loan officer Josh Jennet and loan coordinator Ofelia Clements I would not be sitting in my bedroom in my new home. Just want to reiterate that we had almost giving up on buying a house and Alice got us more than we had asked for and ensured we closed ahead of schedule. She took it upon herself to rectify our situation and get us our house. She has excellent people skills and an immense knowledge of her profession. She deserves a raise!
I could not say anything negative about Veterans United Home Loans or about Devin and Jason and I could not say enough good things. I knew very little of the home buying process but they patiently walked me through and made the whole process quick and easy. All parts deserve an A++.
