This is my second time with VU, and it won’t be my last. Their system is set up so much better than others. Easier and faster to use. Uses Plaid, which is a huge plus. Website design is spot on. I can even still see all the info from the first loan through them! The rates beat the two others I shopped hands down.And Nathan Bitner is the guy to ask for! He’s kind and helpful and professional. You can’t ask for more to make getting a loan painless.And here’s something I never even told him—when it was down to the wire between Nate and another loan officer, she told me “he will never lock that”—only, he did less than half an hour later. At 9pm on a Friday. When I told her, she literally responded with “congratulations on getting the loan that doesn’t exist.” I assure you it existed. It was locked. It did not change one bit between that date and closing, and I now have that great “nonexistent” loan along with my new home! Thanks VU, and thank you, Nate!
