Billy was extremely responsive always answering and returning calls. Called the last day and ensured I understood the process and If I had any questions.
I think if I had a negative it’s about how long it took to show final numbers and I felt at a loss during signing but it was because I didn’t know what to ask.
Veterans United was very much on the ball from the time we looked got our preapproval and bought everything went very efficiently. They were all the best thank you very much.
Rob and his team were amazing. I really couldn’t believe how smooth it was obviously with some excitement towards the end but honestly could not appreciate him enough. The five they sent to my house also was awesome and duckie loved it.

Even the concierge team was on point and made sure I was taken care of! I had a sudden death in my family that threw a loop in the mix and they were on top of it and also so kind and caring about the situation! I came home to find a sympathy gift from the team!!
