I found veterans United home loans because they were highly rated as successful. They have more than lived up to my expectations and the team that worked on my loan treated me like family and helped me every step of the way. It was amazing to have a team of people from Veterans United pave the way for me to own a home the first time using a VA loan and I am sure I couldn't have done it without them. They showed professionalism and had patience with me when I struggled with some paperwork and I don't think I would have had the same treatment elsewhere. You can tell that getting your VA home loan is as important to them as it is to you.
My only complaint during the process was the insurance. I never agreed to buying travelers insurance yet I had to sign paperwork that I didn't want it and it was part of my final closing costs. I received two separate policy packets at both of my homes. It felt that I was being pushed that policy. Otherwise it was a great experience
We have spent a lifetime of moves, as both active duty military and civilian, buying and selling homes along the way. Veterans United made this the smoothest purchase and move of our lives. We will be forever grateful for their help and care in choosing and buying our forever home. ❤️

We first reached out to VU in August of 2022, our situation dictated we couldn't start until January 2023. They contacted us the 1st week of January, we had a price range in mind, they were able to get us pre-approved within a couple hours, we found our home and 5 weeks later it was a done deal. They made the process very easy for us, I don't see how it could have gone better.
