My house closed in less than a month. Veterans United is very punctual, extremely knowledgeable and informative. I felt like they really took almost all of my anxiety away while buying my families home. A team that truly cares.

Thank you all for helping us through first time home buying. It was an interesting process and it's nice to be working on moving in. It was a bit of an issue that for some reason your calls always got flagged on my phone but texting worked fine to reach out.
What I did not like about this process was the impersonal nature of it. I was asked to sign paperwork digitally, not knowing what it meant or what I was signing. Having to talk with someone about the process that actually has experience in these documents would’ve been much more helpful. I also didn’t like that the closing was pushed back two different times due to non-completion on their part. But again communication would’ve been so much more helpful and actually being able to pick up the phone and talk to a closing agent versus everything through text emails. I am not a loan officer, nor a closing agent. I do not have the knowledge of these documents. It would’ve been nice if they could actually explain things and talk to you. So no, I would not use this again, nor would I recommend it.
