In my lifetime, I have experienced 4 home purchases, 2 of which were guaranteed by the Veteran's Administration, the other two were conventional loans. None of those experiences were easy because buying a house or refinancing one entails many hours, days, weeks months of work in meeting loan officers requirements towards loan approval. At the end of each purchase, I was always too stressed to enjoy the moment of approval. This time around my Veteran's United team of many, led by Mr. Sam Schroeder first and foremost set me at ease from day one! He and MS Beth Madden were on top of the process from beginning to end. To me it felt as if there simply was no waiting for unraveling of issues. Perhaps because of their commitment and manner of engagement issues just did not surface. It was as if I were on a train traveling at a moderate and safe speed, extremely comfortable and at peace. I trusted them with everything and met with no reason to doubt their good faith in helping me. Refinancing my home had an enormous sentimental meaning to me, and Sam must've read my soul to which he catered very well and shared it with Beth. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart!
