Pretty much covered it all. Considering we were dealing with the VA, except for a few hiccups, all went fairly well, in a Machiavellian sort of way...lol
Our experience with the team at veterans united was exceptional. They provided step by step guidance throughout the entire process and each member of the team was always available when needed. Everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely concerned with our success in finding the right home. Once we found the right home, the loan team worked extremely hard to get us to the finish line. In fact, we closed about a week before our original closing date and our experience was wonderful. Thank you veterans united.
As a last resort I was made aware of your company. In a last effort to not become homeless and doors were being close in my face. I felt like all I did for my country was falling on def ears and that all I did was not appreciated. When I door to Nate he lifted my spirit and assured me that the service I did for my county did not go unnoticed . He thank me for my service numerous times as well as his team. I felt like I was back in the Marines with my family watching my back. Thank you to all of Nate’s team for all they have done for my children and myself. I’m ComEd up writing this because I closed on my home and was able to move in on my late father’s birthday. He told me once that Marines sever God and that he would send his angels to me when I needed them for help. They came as Mr. Nate Alexander and his team of angels.

We had an overall positive experience, but we were left hanging until the very last minute regarding closing, which had us feeling like we'd been overlooked or forgotten entirely. I don't believe I'll use Veteran's United again for that reason. At the very least, we should have been kept informed about what was going on to delay the paperwork reaching the attorney , but no one told us anything other than that it wasn't there. If you're going to work with Military and Veterans, you should know one rule we hold very dear: always keep your team members informed of your movements so they can adjust fire.
Everyone we worked with was phenomenal and very patient we feel so blessed and love our new home
