Way too many e-mails and repeats on things to do. Even though they were already done or not needed. And slow returning e-mails when we got them- shortage of communication between departments.

Absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The team cared about me, my family and my personal experiences and made me feel like I was their only focus through this whole process. Response time was incredible! I’m not sure I would have made it through with any other team. True professionals but also the best people.

The only problem I had is the process was long. Alot of the paperwork I didn't know what it was or that they needed everything involved. It would have been easier if I had known when they asked for credit cards that they also wanted the statements. It could have been done in one step instead of 2-3 steps.

This was on a short schedule, frankly - I found a house and pounced. My sole contribution to the process was recognizing this was a home that would pass the VA's rigorous standards. Otherwise I was kind of a mess, but Hunter and the team put up with me, guided me through it and in under a month, I'm in my forever home! I can't thank them enough!

veterans united were there for me when I needed them to be. they listened to my needs. they found me an awesome realtor, who also listened to my needs and worked with me until I found the perfect house. the loan process took longer then expected but that's because they wanted to cross all their t's and dot all their i's. they keep me well informed with where we were in the process and what paperwork they were waiting for. in the end with a little patients on my side and allot of work on my team side it all worked out I got a beautiful home, a payment I could afford, now if only they could give me more time from life to really enjoy my new home then everything will be perfect. being a veteran 70 years old and buying my first home, veterans united made the home but process simple and easy to understand. I'm so very thankful to my beautiful wife for taking the the lead and putting me in contact with veterans united. and thank you everyone for making my first home buying process awesome and easy.
