I was very impressed by the streamline process that veterans united has when it comes to buying a home utilizing the VA home loan. Spencer is awesome. No matter how stressed we were or how many questions, concerns or emails we sent, he has been right there letting us know and keeping us informed through the whole process. He was in the mainland and still emailing or calling us when we needed more information. He made sure he was available to us when we needed it. He kept keeping us updated whether it’s the underwriting, getting us the numbers, or letting us know what we need to do when we need to submit things. Even when we were first looking for a lender, he kept calling or checking in which is why we picked him. He was friendly, patient and always reassured us that it’s okay. We got into our forever home thanks to him and his team. The process felt long but it was quite fast. We can’t thank him enough for all he did. He made our goal into reality.
