Exceptional coordination as far as the initial process of establishing my loan; however, my lack of understanding the closing process caused some issues. I strongly suggest that future customers are provided an overview of how closing cost are develop and how much is due ahead of the date of closing the loan. I strongly suggest that VU do a telephonic discussion (rundown) with their customers that covers the loan and closing cost atleast two weeks prior to the closing date.
