Some of the VU representatives would benefit in assisting their clients by practicing to be more proactive in informing their clients what to prepare and collect in terms of documentation prior from being asked to submit it for the next businesses day at the end of the current business day.
We spend much of our time as Santa and a Mrs Claus and enjoy trying to make children of all ages feel special. We definitely recieved that treatement from the folks at Veterans united. We often simply expect a facade, as folks bandy the word "veteran". This team was respectful, genuine and we definitely felt a personal touch. They were true "Santa's helpers".
