I can’t express my gratitude to Benjamin & Derick for their knowledge,patience and guidance every step of the way. There were a few obstacles with our previous home sale, but they didn’t give up on us kept our file current even helping with suggestions all the while making sure we were ok and still on track. We are 70 something’s and our 5th home buy and by far this has been the most professional and smoothest transaction we’ve encountered! We’ve been married 56 years and our only regret is this is our last home and won’t be able to use them again! We would wholeheartedly recommend these fella along with Veterans United to the world if we could. They sure know their job and not only that but they’re compassionate and caring. We were treated with dignity and respect. And we truly thank them for this experience!

They say 45 days for va loan but we had the chance to close before 30
