I called Veterans United concerning a home loan and they basically blew smoke up my ass and lied to me about their interest rates. I was in a situation and needed to purchase a home immediately and I went with VU. Didn't like the interest rate but could not back out of the deal because i needed a place to live but the good news is....I don't have to suffer them but 6 months. I did not appreciate how the operated and don't appreciate them as good business people and if their company fail, it would not bother me.

I don’t know everyone’s official titles but I will tell you I had the best experience with Erica west. She was patient with me and kept me informed at all times. Some of the paper work was frustrating but she helped me through it.
United Veterans had our best interest in mind throughout the process of obtaining a loan from application till closing.
