Buying a house is a long process and overwhelming most especially if you’re a military moving from overseas back to the US soil. However, the VU team really did a great job and very patient with us from the beginning to the end process of buying the house. I recommend them for anyone who wants to buy their home or townhouse.

I'm providing this feedback because it will help my loan officer and team, but I do think it's kinda silly that higher HQ ties it directly to compensation. Most people don't want to leave reviews and would only do so because it helps the people they interacted with on a daily basis.

Veterans United treated me as a valuable customer and gave me a better interest rate than I thought I would get. Even though the process of buying a home is long and tedious, they made it as easy as possible and always ready to answer any questions.
The only thing that was an issue during my process was the POA situation. I am at a remote location and didn’t have access to an embassy. At the beginning of the process it would be helpful to discuss if there is a POA in place or if one is needed and how to go about it. Especially for people that are at deployed locations that don’t have access to an embassy or consulate. Overall I had an amazing experience with Veterans United and whenever the time comes to purchase another home I won’t hesitate to work with them again.
If all loans were like this there would be more business conducted. Granted my situation like all others is unique however, I was treated like I was the only person they were dealing with.
Everyone on the team was really helpful to me, they all played their part to help me expedite the process and help me answer question that I don’t understand. I would of not be able to much without that help. A plus service!!
