We really appreciate all of the hard work and effort everyone put in to make our dream of homeownership come true. The only thing we would recommend to be different is to give a better understanding to first time home buyers before doing anything. We would have liked to know a little more about some benefits that may have been available or overlooked as first timers.
As a first time home buyer, i was worried that I wasn’t going to get a good deal. After talking to three different lenders, Veterans United was my final pick. They really do what they say setting you up with the best rates compared to others. Very honest and informative company!

Tanner, Jordan and Kimberly were all awesome. They made the process as dummy-proof as possible. There was always a follow-up call whenever there was paperwork to sign. There was always someone who answered the phone, and if they couldn't, it was never a long wait before one of them called back. Even on weekends, and Birthday parties, Tanner would take the time to go over things with me when I needed. He never said, "no." Was always easy to speak with. Jordan is a no-nonsense type of guy who gets things done quickly, efficiently and with little down-time. Kimberly prepared a list of different utilities, and municipalities to look into. Don't underestimate the importance of those phone numbers when you're scrambling doing a million other little odds and ends. Thank you, Kimberly. It's easy to see why this team rocks. Thanks y'all!
