I am very pleased with Joseph and his team. My family and I were able to get our dream home and we could not be grateful for all of their hard work. Between my amazing realtor Amanda and Joseph they were even able to lower my interest rate. I highly recommend them.

It was a really rocky experience I don’t wish on anyone
My house was listed for foreclosure by mistake and that was when everything went south, I understand the bank is working for the information they get but while I was trying to clear this out I couldn’t get in contact with my loan officer for days just for him to call back days later saying he was on vacation, I don’t have a problem with that but at least I would have hoped for better communication or passing on my application to someone else
All around was a stressful experience that’s the least I would say
I provided everything to show this house was not foreclosed but I felt like I wasn’t even getting paid any attention

VU never explained the appraisal cost or even what they found. I paid $650 and have no clue what or where that money went. This company should take the word veteran out of your title. I wish I would have went through someone else

Considering other options available to me, I believe Veterans United was the Best choice for me being a Veteran! This is my first home and my team was with me every step of the way. Our team was awesome! They kept us updated and informed. If we had any questions, then everyone was quick to give us an answer or find the answer if they didn’t know. I was impressed to find out all the ways that Veterans United assists homebuyers. Veterans United called and inquired if we needed help finding homeowners insurance, let us in on deals for moving trucks, provided a checklist to ensure our mail was switched over/utilities turned on/transferred, and information on Internet service providers as needed. It was also nice having the Veterans United app and all our documents at our fingertips to review and read.
